What You’ll Learn

Processing Loss

Give yourself permission to mourn what you've lost. Losing a job could mean losing identity, daily structure, relationships with colleagues, and sense of purpose. Through grief work, you'll process these losses in a supportive environment at your own pace.

Managing Stress

Learn practical CBT and Mindfulness tools to manage the anxiety and negative thinking that often show up after a job loss. You'll identify patterns of catastrophic thinking like "I'll never find work again" and develop strategies to challenge these thoughts with more balanced perspectives, building concrete coping skills to handle stress and regain a sense of control.

Taking Action

Shift from feeling stuck to taking meaningful action using Solution Focused Brief Therapy. You will identify your strengths, clarify what you want your next chapter to look like, and create concrete steps forward. You'll focus on what's possible and build momentum through small wins.
